Two new Partners join L&L Partners

New Delhi, August 7, 2021: L&L Partners has announced that it has added two new Partners.

While Abhishek Kumar has joined the Firm’s litigation practice as a Partner in New Delhi, Vasudev Dibbur has returned to his position of Partner at the Firm’s Bengaluru offices.

With over 15 years of experience, Abhishek was previously associated with Singhania & Partners LLP. He has graduated from Symbiosis Society’s Law College in 2005. Abhishek also holds a diploma in Consumer Protection Laws from Pune University, the Law Firm said in a press statement.

Vasudev, with close to two decades of experience, specialises in cross border M&A and joint ventures, private equity and venture capital fund investments, the statement said. He has extensive experience in business / asset transfers, corporate structuring, and commercial contracts, and also routinely advises on franchising, distribution arrangements, general corporate matters and employment related matters.

Vasudev read law at the Bangalore University, completed his LL.M from the University of Cambridge, United Kingdom and is a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
