Supreme Court Collegium elevates judicial officer as judge of Kerala High Court

New Delhi, March 5: The Supreme Court Collegium headed by Chief Justice S A Bobde has elevated a judicial officer as judge of the Kerala High Court.
The three-member Collegium, also comprising Justices N V Ramana and R F Nariman has also approved the proposal for elevation of A. Badharudeen, a Judicial Officer, as judge of the Kerala High Court, a notification published on the apex court website said.
The decision was taken by the Collegium in its meeting held on Tuesday, the notification said.
