S&P advises, acts for Ferns N Petals in raising an investment of Rs 200 crore from Lighthouse India Fund III Ltd

New Delhi, March 29, 2022: Saraf and Partners (S&P) has advised and acted for Ferns N Petals in raising an investment of Rs 200 crore from Lighthouse India Fund III Limited, the Law Firm said in a press statement.

The S&P team was led by Partner Arjun Rajgopal, supported by Associates, Abhilasha Gupta and Jasmine Khan.Valuable assistance and guidance was given by Partner, Vikrant Kumar and Associate, Anina D’Cunha. In addition, Partner, Snigdhaneel Satpathy advised on the regulatory aspects of the transaction and Partner, Gayatri Roy supported by Associate, Ayushi Harsh advised on the intellectual property law aspects of the transaction, the statement said.

The deal is significant for Ferns N Petals as it would allow it to improve its systems and technology to provide the best gifting experience to its customers. It would also enable Ferns N Petals to learn from the vast experience that Lighthouse India Fund III carries in dealing with growing businesses and gain from their consumer insights, it said.
