Saraf and Partners adds new Partner in its Dispute Resolution practice

New Delhi, September 14, 2021: Saraf and Partners has announced that Manmeet Singh has joined the Firm as a Partner in its Dispute Resolution – Arbitration & Litigation and Insolvency & Restructuring practices.

Manmeet was previously a Partner in L&L Partners and has an experience of 17 years, the Law Firm said in a press statement.

Manmeet has represented various stakeholders in complex and high value commercial matters including financial institutions, private equity investors and Indian conglomerates across sectors, with a specific focus on energy and infrastructure sectors, the Firm said. He has been recognised by IFLR 1000 Asia-Pacific as a ‘Notable Practitioner’ for Energy & Infrastructure Sectors and Restructuring & Insolvency Practice, it added.

Manmeet will also be part of the Firm’s Management Committee, its highest decision-making body. This Committee will also comprise of Mohit Saraf, Gayatri Roy, Vikrant Kumar, Bikash Jhawar and Vaibhav Kakkar, who are all seasoned lawyers in their respective practices, S&P said.
