Nishant Singh joins L&L Partners with team of 11 lawyers

New Delhi, October 14, 2021:  Nishant Singh, a dual qualified lawyer in India and New York, has joined L&L Partners Law Offices and has brought along a team of 11 lawyers, the Law Firm has announced.

Singh is a Gold Medalist from NLSIU, Bangalore. He also received a scholarship from the University of Pennsylvania Law School (USA) to pursue LL.M. He has about 20 years of experience in equity and debt financing transactions across multiple sectors and countries, said L&L Partners in a press statement.

In the M&A space, he has worked on listed as well as unlisted company transactions including, public takeover, PIPE, going private, JV and minority or majority equity investments.  As regards the debt investment, he advises on structured debt funding, insolvency, and re-structuring transactions.

Singh worked for over five years in the US. He has international experience with the top tier US law firms Perkins Coie LLP in San Francisco Bay Area (Silicon Valley) and Dewey & LeBeouf LLP in New York, the statement said.
