L&L Partners welcomes Partner in its Delhi office, Partner Designate in Mumbai

New Delhi, September 14, 2021: L&L Partners has announced that Mohit Bakshi has joined the Firm’s Litigation practice as a Partner in Delhi, while Prashaant Vikram Rajput has joined the Firm’s Mumbai offices as a Partner Designate in the Capital Markets Practice Group.

With over 13 years of experience, Mohit was previously associated with J. Sagar Associates, the Law Firm said, adding that Mohit graduated from the Vivekananda Institute of Professional Studies, Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU), New Delhi in 2007.

Prashaant qualified as a lawyer from Amity School, New Delhi in 2006. He was previously with White & Brief, Advocates and Solicitors. He has worked with Link Legal India Law Services, ARA Law, Advocates & Solicitors and Dua Associates in the past.

He played a key role in setting up the Capital Markets Practice at Link Legal, representing prominent lead merchant bankers and issuer companies in IPOs, QIPs, Disinvestment transactions, etc, L&L Partners said in a press statement.

Prashaant’s areas of expertise include Domestic Capital Markets, International Capital Markets, Financings, Private Equity and Corporate Restructurings and Alternative Investment Funds, the statement said.
