L&L Partners’ transaction recognised as the ‘Fastest Subscribed IPO’

New Delhi, May 30, 2022: L&L Partners’ transaction related to Venus Pipes IPO has been recognised as the ‘Fastest Subscribed IPO’ and received the Certificate of Excellence by the prestigious Golden Book of World Records, the Law Firm has said.

In a press statement, it said L&L Partners Capital Markets team advised Venus Pipes & Tubes Limited, a Gujarat based company engaged in the manufacturing and exports of stainless-steel pipes and tubes, and SMC Capitals Limited (BRLM).

It was in connection with the Company’s initial public offering of up to 5,074,100 Equity Shares aggregating up to ₹1,654.16 million. The equity shares of the Company were listed on the BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited on May 24, 2022. The stock opened at ₹ 335 per share on the BSE, against the IPO price of ₹326, while the listing price on the NSE was ₹337.50.     

The transaction team was led by Geeta Dhania (Partner), Prashaant Vikram Rajput (Partner Designate) with due assistance by Associates Tripti Pandey, Sakshi Mandal, Rohit Patni and Ridhi Jain, the statement said.
