L&L Partners announces Subhash Bhutoria’s rejoining as Partner Designate, IPR

New Delhi, July 21, 2021: L&L Partners has announced that Subhash Bhutoria has joined the Firm’s Intellectual Property Practice as Partner Designate.

An IPR Honors graduate from the National Law University, Jodhpur, Subhash is a 2015-17 alumni of the Firm, L&L Partners said in a press statement.

“L&L Partners continues to grow with new Partners being inducted in to the Firm. In the recent past, L&L Partners has had highly experienced practitioners such as Asim Abbas, Prabhjot Singh Bhullar and Girish Rawat join. The Firm now has a total number of 68 Partners,” the statement said.

Subhash is instrumental in setting up the IP & Art law practice at Krida Legal, post which, he started private practice and has grown into a seasoned IP & Art lawyer, servicing and being retained by close to 200 clients. His team of IP lawyers and paralegals have filed about 2,000 trademarks and around 200 oppositions. 

Having created a niche practice for Art & Fashion law, Subhash has expertise in domestic and international IP Filings and Prosecution; pan-India IP Litigation; Civil & Criminal IP Enforcement; IP Due Diligence for Media and Entertainment and gaming companies; leading Start Ups and fashion clients, L&L Partners said.

A Member of the International Trademark Association (INTA) and the European Community Trademark Association (ECTA), Subhash is an empanelled neutral with the Court of Arbitration for Art, The Netherlands, Hyderabad Arbitration Centre and SAMA Arbitration, Bangalore, it said, adding that the Indian Business Law Journal (Asia IP) 2020 has ranked Subhash among India’s Top 50 Future Legal Leaders.
