Kotak joins Khaitan & Co as Executive Director – Direct Tax, Private Client and Corporate Restructuring

Mumbai, April 1, 2022: Hiten Kotak has joined Khaitan & Co as an Executive Director in the Direct Tax, Private Client, and Corporate Restructuring practices at the Law Firm’s Mumbai office, it said in a press statement.

With more than three decades of experience, Hiten is an industry leading specialist in M&A Tax & Regulatory.

He specialises in structuring mergers, acquisitions, and cross-border transactions and also advises HNIs and credible business groups on their wealth, estate, and succession planning strategies. Prior to joining the firm, he was leading the Mergers & Acquisition Tax practice at Price Waterhouse & Co. LLP, the statement said.
