Kochhar & Co. advises Zebra Technologies in acquisition of ANTUIT AI for USD 155 million

New Delhi, January 11, 2022: Kochhar & Co. has assisted and advised Zebra Technologies Corporation on the acquisition of ANTUIT AI for USD 155 million.
In a press statement, the Law Firm said it advised Zebra Technologies on the Indian leg of this global acquisition.
Antuit.ai is a Singapore based leading provider of SaaS artificial intelligence solutions for forecasting and merchandising.
Zebra Technologies is known to empower the front line in retail/ecommerce, manufacturing, transportation and logistics, healthcare, public sector and other industries to achieve a performance edge.
The transaction was led by Senior Partner Stephen Mathias, Partner Deepti Bhat and supported by Associate Puneet Abrol, the statement said.
