Kartikey Mahajan joins Khaitan & Co, Singapore as Partner in the Dispute Resolution Practice

New Delhi, April 1, 2022: Kartikey Mahajan has joined Khaitan & Co as a Partner in the Dispute Resolution Practice at the Law Firm’s Singapore office, it said in a press statement.

Khaitan & Co set up its office in Singapore in April 2021, the Firm said.

Kartikey Mahajan is qualified to practice law in India, England & Wales (where has rights of audience for all courts) and the State of New York.  Prior to joining the Firm, Kartikey was with Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co in Mumbai. He has previously also worked with Magic Circle and White Shoe American law firms in London and Singapore.

With over 10 years of experience in dispute resolution, Kartikey specialises in cross-border and multi-jurisdictional disputes, with specific focus on commercial and investment treaty arbitration. He has also advised clients on white collar, fraud, and corruption issues, and as well as on internal and regulatory investigations the statement said.
