New Delhi, April 21, 2023: The Jharkhand High Court has granted interim protection to M/s. RQS Mining Private Limited from levy of GST on mining/royalty.

The division bench examined the order passed in M/s Mandhan Minerals Corporation Vrs. Union of India and others [LQ/JharHC/2022/80], wherein the two-judge bench of Justice Aparesh Kumar Singh and Justice Deepak Roshan has granted interim relief of protection on levy of GST on mining lease/royalty/DMF to similar situated petitioners.

Observing the same, the Jharkhand High Court granted the same protection to M/s. RQS Mining Private Limited.
