DSK Legal advises Quality Care regarding acquisition of Convenient Hospitals group

New Delhi, July 5, 2022: DSK Legal has advised TPG backed Quality Care India Limited (CARE) in relation to the acquisition of Convenient Hospitals Limited group, the Law Firm has said.
