DSK Legal advises CARE in acquisition of majority stake in CIIGMA Group entities; Desai & Diwanji acts for United CIIGMA

New Delhi, July 30, 2022: DSK Legal has advised TPG backed Quality Care India Limited (CARE) in relation to the acquisition of significant majority stake of the shareholding of United CIIGMA Institute of Medical Sciences Private Limited, along with its other group entities, the Law Firm has said.

DSK Legal assisted on conducting the legal due diligence, drafting, negotiations, finalization and execution of definitive agreements and closing of the transaction, it said in a press statement.

Desai and Diwanji  partner Siddharth Mody, associate partner Rahul Deodhar and senior associate Neekesh Shetty acted for United Ciigma in this deal.
