DSK Legal advised MV Opportunities India Ltd in the Pre-Series B investment round of Teachmint Technologies

New Delhi, August 7, 2021: DSK Legal advised MV Opportunities India Limited (MVOF), a Cayman based entity, in relation to its investment in the Pre-Series B investment round of Teachmint Technologies Private Limited, the Law Firm has announced. 

DSK Legal assisted in, inter alia: (i) Reviewing, negotiating and finalizing the (a) Addendum to the Series A Shareholders Agreement among the Company, MVOF and the other investors led by Learn Capital; and (b)Letter of Subscription executed by MVOF; (ii) Drafting and/or reviewing of all other ancillary documents/agreements, related to the Transaction; and (iii) Assisting in execution and closing of the Transaction, the Law Firm said in a press statement.

The DSK team representing MVOF for the transaction comprised of Sharath Chandrasekhar – Partner, K Aravind – Senior Associate and Sonam Ambastha – Associate. 

Learn Capital (Lead Investor) was advised and assisted by Nishith Desai Associates.

Teachmint Technologies was advised and assisted by Vertices Partners.

DSK Legal had earlier advised MVOF in relation to its investment in Series A investment round of Teachmint Technologies, the statement said.

Teachmint Technologies Private Limited is engaged in the business of providing technology services and products including various web services, internet products, development and marketing of business management software, technology solutions and services for education sector, building software applications and technology applications for computers, mobile phones and other devices and related activities by various modes.
