Desai & Diwanji Litigation Partner Aslam Ahmed joins Singhania & Co.

New Delhi, July 7, 2022: Singhania & Co. has announced the joining of a new Partner – Mr. Aslam Ahmed, a seasoned litigation lawyer with over 21 years of experience – in their Delhi office.

At the Firm, Mr. Ahmed will be focusing on adversarial matters covering arbitrations and commercial contractual disputes, corporate and white collar litigations before Delhi High Court, Supreme Court, NCLAT, NCLT and other High Courts and Appellate Tribunals, Singhania & Co. said in a press statement.

Prior to joining the S&Co., Mr. Ahmed was Partner at Desai & Diwanji. He has been regularly advising and representing clients on issues related to commercial disputes, winding up, insolvency, white collar crimes, employment issues, and general disputes advisory.

An alumnus of Pt. Ravi Shanker University, Raipur, he did his LL.B. from Delhi University and holds a Diploma in Finance from the ICFAI University.
