Bombay high court gives relief to student charged with sedition
The Bombay high court on Monday extended interim relief against arrest by three weeks for a 22-year-old student who was booked for sedition after she had addressed a crowd at a LGBT gathering at Azad Maidan here on February 1.
The prosecution sought time as they were awaiting forensic reports on the student’s mobile pone which she had submitted following the HC’s orders.
