S&P adds 4 new Partners

New Delhi, October 22, 2021: Saraf and Partners (S&P) has announced that four new Partners have joined its corporate practice.

While Sachit Mathur, Ajay Bhadu and Astha Singh Trehan have joined as Partners in the Law Firm’s Real Estate practice, Sagar Manju is the new Partner in its Insolvency & Restructuring practice, said a press statement. 

Mathur was earlier leading the real estate practice at L&L Partners (formerly Luthra & Luthra Law Offices), a Firm co-founded by Saraf and Partners’ Founder & Managing Partner, Mohit Saraf.

Bhadu, a former Associate Partner at Desai & Diwanji and Trehan, a L&L alum, were both Partners at Emerald Law Office, the statement said.

Manju has an extensive experience of over a decade and was earlier associated with Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas, Mumbai Office with experience in the Banking & Finance and Insolvency & Restructuring practice. He was also a LAMP (Legislative Assistants for Members of Parliament) Fellow.

A month back, Manmeet Singh had joined S&P as Partner in its Litigation practice.

“Since the establishment of the Firm in July 2021, our total strength has moved from 100 to 150 with total partner count of 26. We are extremely excited in our new journey,” said Saraf.
